Dr. Dubin has been a cardiologist with over 25 years of experience. He received a bachelor of science in engineering from Columbia University, his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and completed his training in internal medicine at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, his fellowship in cardiology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, and fellowship in echocardiography at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and certification in adult echocardiography.
He is a fellow in the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography, and a member of the board of directors of A.B.C.
He has served as a medical attending at various hospitals in Baltimore including his current positions at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Union Memorial Hospital, and Northwest Hospital Center. He is an instructor in Medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His interests include hypertension and echocardiography.
