Jody Colvard

Managing Partner and Founder

Jody is the Founder and Managing Partner of FMG Radio. She holds the same roles with FMG, the company that birthed the Radio Network. FMG is a matrix of businesses including FMG Radio, TV, a publishing firm, a show host training studio, a podcasting directory, and an online magazine. The individual companies synergistically deliver practical and inspiring information via FMG's global broadcast platform.

Jody started one of the first online art galleries in the mid 90's and since then has combined her skills as a GM of an acting & film school, executive of a radio station, make-up artist, international speaker (one of the first American women to teach blogging and podcasting in China), teacher, internet marketer and manager of actors to develop a TV/Radio Network, that not only provides a global broadcasting platform, she also teach the skills necessary to produce a polished, well strategized, revenue generating Radio or TV show that can be accessed anywhere at anytime.

.Jody has worked closely with celebrities such as Chaka Khan; with charity organizations; The Sole of Africa with Nelson Mandela, and with clients featured on 20/20, Good Morning America, Oprah, and Dr. Phil.

On a personal level, Jody's passions are new media and holistic healing arts. She's licensed in modalities such as massage, Reiki, Healing Touch, acupressure, and other energetic and physical healing methods. Jody is also a sculptor, muralist, and portraiture artist. Her deep love of humanity inspires her to support a variety of causes through her Blue Butterfly Project.

Declan Dunn

Managing Partner

Declan Dunn is recognized, worldwide, for his development of innovative social networks and new media. Since 1995, he's been a pioneering insider in the fields of corporate performance enhancement and affiliate marketing. This unusual skill set allows him to bring people together in business settings, enhance their relationships, and then empower them to monetize those relationships. By simultaneously honouring both the needs of businesses, and the humans who work within them, Declan's unique systems consistently return human joy to the process of increasing bottom-line profits.

On a personal level, Declan's passions include being creative through his art, teaching, and writing. He's an avid outdoors enthusiast. He has also authored eleven books; written and produced his own play; and is the developer of the breakthrough educational social network Remember.org, winner of the Adobe Social Change in Media Award.

Declan has combined his real-world systems expertise, Master's Degree in Instructional Design - and his experience teaching these concepts at University of California Santa Barbara - in order to provide FMG Radio with innovative, effective guidance. With his robust expertise - and wide-ranging personal passions - allow him to bring art, mastery, and pragmatism to his roles with FMG Radio.

Julie Woods

Director of Education

Julie is the embodiment of what it means to be a renegade Renaissance woman who's committed to a life of Service. In a former incarnation, Julie C. Woods succeeded in widely disparate - and concurrent - careers. They ranged from street counselor for homeless addicts and veterans; to national-level singer/songwriter; to international award-winning Senior Technical Trainer/ Writer/ Editor. As a counselor and performer, Julie had - and continues to enjoy- deeply satisfying levels of success. For over a quarter of a century, in her technical career, she developed curricula and trained trainers for clients such as the Pentagon; generated procedures used, as excellence samples, by business entities such as the U.S. Department of Standards and several Fortune 500 companies; and assembled award-winning documentation and training teams.

Within FMG's matrix of companies, Julie holds several executive positions while working closely as first-line support for FMG's Founder, Jody Colvard. Primarily, she's the Communications Director for all divisions of the FMG Network.

In other parts of her life, Julie's roles remain diverse and legion. She's The Urban Bliss Shaman™, her role as an inspirational speaker and nascent author. In the world of philanthropy, Julie founded a multi-state, grassroots food abundance organization - Fans With Cans - which has fed over 80,000 American families since 1994. And she's a world-class performer who has received enthusiastic kudos from Grammy-winning luminaries such as Roberta Flack, Michael Mangini, and Jimmy Page.

M. Rory McCracken

Creative Director

Rory is an avid student of the Universe. He has a demonstrated ability to observe and reflect on the world around him, then transmute those observations and reflections into expressions of his unusual creativity.

Rory's official training spans web design; video production and editing; graphic design; photography; writing; game design; book design; and many other art forms. He combines these art forms to create organic, useful, enriching user experiences. Underneath every moment of his art is a drive to do whatever he can to make this world a better place. As our FMG Creative Director, Rory honours this drive by weaving beauty into his pragmatic, supportive web and educational collateral designs.

This drive also carries over into his personal pursuits. He's inspired by the elegant diversity of our world, and so loves traveling to take in new experiences and cultures. As he does, he always seeks to learn new things to improve his life and the lives of those around him.

This soul-deep commitment to useful, nourishing creativity is palpable to anyone who encounters him or his work. It's a pleasure and privilege to have Rory on our FMG Radio team!
